S2040: 40 Inch Pasting Machine

Description

Newly redesigned tapo-fix S-series Pasting Machines offer the following enhanced features:

• Draining port repositioned to the bottom-center of the paste well for more ergonomic draining of
  paste from the machine
• Built-in attachment points on the rear of the paste well body allow for the pasting machine to be used in conjunction with all Tapo-fix Floor Stands, Swivels and GTFi-style Booking Tables
• The S2040 pasting machine is designed to process all lightweight to heavy-duty pastes through
  the use of a gear-driven, three-roller pasting system (drive roller, feed roller and paste
  application roller). Stainless-steel gear housing inside the paste well protects the gearing system
  from coming into contact with paste, allowing for greater torque and ability to evenly apply
  highly viscous paste to materials without requiring dilution of most paste types
• The tapered design of the S2040’s paste well directs paste toward the base of the paste well –
  consistently supplying the feed roller with paste and eliminating “skips” and “dry spots” in the
  paste application. The tapering of the paste well also enables the machine to process paste
  more efficiently, resulting in less paste being required in the paste well for proper functioning of
  the machine and the less frequent need for refills during operation
• The S-series pasting machines offer the most precise level of paste control adjustment.
  Employing a stainless-steel scraper bar that is adjusted from a single point, paste level can
  quickly and easily be adjusted from very fine to very heavy and all points in-between.
• The Roller Assembly (consisting of the lid, drive roller, feed roller, paste application roller,
  scraper bar and gearing system) are designed to easily detach as a single unit from the paste
  well allowing for quick draining and clean-up
• Built-in cutting edges combined with an attached MZCBi inch counter (sold separately) enables
  neat right-angle cutting of materials to precise lengths
• A single release point lid latch facilitates the greater ability to work with heavy-grade, thick
  wallcoverings which would otherwise not be suitable to pull through a pasting machine
• tapo-fix’s innovative design of the S-series pasting machines allows for the paste applicator
  roller to be reversed for use with different material types. In one direction, the applicator
  operates in “paste mode” and evenly applies all types of adhesives to the material backing. In
  the other direction, the applicator operates in “activator mode” and evenly applies paste
  activator or highly thinned adhesives to “pre-pasted” materials
• Ergonomic carrying handles on back and sides of machine facilitate easy transport while empty
  or filled with paste
• Sliding material brackets quickly adjust for varying width materials up to 40 inches wide and
  allow for the quick loading of new rolls onto the machine for pasting
• Custom-designed cleaning tool included
• Designed to be used as a table-top mounted unit but can also be converted to a floor-mounted
  unit with the addition of Mobile Floor Stand MST2040 (sold separately)
